Educational Qualification
Development Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates require only pass marks.
Degree must be obtained from a recognized university or institution.
Basic knowledge of word processing on a computer is mandatory.
Development Assistant (Hindi)
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects, or
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects, with 50% aggregate marks.
SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates are eligible with pass marks.
Candidate must be able to translate between English and Hindi.
Working knowledge of word processing on PC is required.

Selection Process – NABARD Development Assistant Grade B Recruitment 2026
The final selection for NABARD Development Assistant Grade B 2026 is based on performance in the Main Examination, followed by verification stages. The key points of the selection process are outlined below:

Marks scored in the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) are not counted in the final merit list.
