• Educational Qualification 2025

  For Subedar (Stenographer):

  • Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized board or school.

  • Should possess Shorthand (Hindi) typing speed of 100 words per minute.

  • Must have cleared the Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted by the Department of Science and Technology, Madhya Pradesh.

  • Must hold a Diploma-level Computer Course in any of the following:

    1. DOEACC (now NIELIT) recognized Computer Courses

    2. COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) from a Government ITI or equivalent

    3. Modern Office Management from Polytechnic/College/University

    4. Any UGC-recognized Diploma in Computer Application

  For Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer):

  • Must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board or institution.

  • Should possess a valid CPCT certificate issued by the Department of Science and Technology, Madhya Pradesh.

  • Must hold at least one of the following computer-related qualifications:

    1. Diploma in Engineering / MCA / BCA / MSc (IT/Computer Science)

    2. Diploma in Modern Office Management approved by DOEACC or UGC

    3. One-year COPA Certificate from Government-recognized ITI

    4. Diploma in Computer Applications (UGC approved)

• Age Limit (as on 17 October 2025):
