3(c) Educational Qualification:

You must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

• Post-wise Qualification Examples:

  • Junior Clerk cum Typist / Accounts Clerk cum Typist / Junior Time Keeper: 12th (10+2) or its equivalent with 50% marks. Typing skill in English / Hindi on computer required.

  • Trains Clerk / Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: 12th (10+2) or its equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate.

3(d) OBC Certificate Validity (RRB NTPC 2025):

The OBC–NCL certificate must be issued on or after 01 April 2025 and before the closing date of the application, in the prescribed central format (Annexure-II). Certificates issued earlier will not be accepted.
