5: How to Apply Online for UP Scholarship 2025-26
Follow these steps carefully to fill out the UP Scholarship Online Form 2025 on scholarship.up.gov.in:
One Time Registration (OTR):
OTR is mandatory for all applicants from session 2025-26.
It involves Mobile Number Authentication, Aadhaar e-KYC, and OTR Number Generation.
The generated OTR Number will appear on screen and also be sent to your registered mobile number.
Fill Application Form:
Log in using your OTR number and fill in details like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification, and Institution.
Upload Documents:
Upload required documents such as ID proof, mark sheets, certificates, and fee receipts.
Institute Verification:_
After submission, your form will be verified by your institute followed by District Scholarship Committee verification.
Aadhaar-Based Fund Disbursement:
Once verified, the scholarship amount will be directly transferred to the student’s bank account via Aadhaar-linked DBT system.
