CONCOR MT & AO Selection Process 2026
- Management Trainee (MT): Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview, as decided by CONCOR.
- Assistant Officer (AO): Selection will be based purely on performance in the Online Test (CBT).
- The final decision regarding the selection process for MT will rest with CONCOR.
- The CBT for both MT and AO posts will be conducted on the same day in two separate shifts.
- Candidates applying for more than one post should apply carefully, as the examination, GD or interview schedules may overlap, and the examination city/centre may also be different.
CONCOR MT & AO Exam Pattern 2026
The online Computer Based Test (CBT) for Management Trainee and Assistant Officer posts will consist of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. Candidates will get a total of 90 minutes to complete the examination. Eligible PwBD candidates using a scribe will receive 120 minutes.
