Percentage must be entered correctly; CGPA must be converted as per University rules.
For PO (Specialist – Rajbhasha/Hindi):
Candidate must have any one of the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as core/elective at graduation (55% for SC/ST, 60% for others)
Master’s degree in English with Hindi as core/elective at graduation (same % criteria)
Master’s degree in any discipline with both Hindi & English as core/elective at graduation (same % criteria)
Master’s degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation (same % criteria)

The final selection for ECGC Probationary Officers will be based on the combined performance in the Online Examination and Interview. Candidates must qualify in each stage and secure a place in the final merit list.Final Merit List:
Prepared on the basis of Online Exam + Interview scores.
Merit list remains valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of final result.
Vacancies arising up to 31.03.2026 may be filled from this merit list.
If all notified posts are filled, ECGC may choose not to use the remaining merit list.
